  • Vertical Transport Upgrade - Henderson Train Station - John Fillmore Contracting Limited

    JFC contracted DC Construction Consultants to assist with Quantity Surveying tasks on the Henderson Vertical Transport Asset Upgrade Project for Auckland Transport.

    The project included the removal and replacement of 3 x Lifts and 2 x Escalators at Henderson Station utilizing Schindler as a Nominated Subcontractor for installation, and with JFC being responsible to Project Manage and carry out the required builders work to facilitate the Works. 

    The builders work included several Provisional Sums that needed to be scoped in collaboration with Auckland Transport and their agents, Schindler, and several local jobbing contractors. DC Construction Consultants, working in close collaboration with JFC’s project manager, procured the various subcontractors, priced the work scope, submitted and agreed variations in replacement of the provisional sums, and handled the monthly processes and final account of JFC’s Payment Claims to Auckland Transport and Payment Schedules to subcontractors successfully.
